Beauty and balance for the garden with steel and stone
I was seeking an art piece to start my Japanese rock garden project and pleased to find a work so perfectly integrating stone and steel in a kinetic piece. The top piece rotates with the wind – nice and slow. I may add a short video once I have a breeze turning the art in the right light for photography. Let is naturally rust or coat with something like a clear gloss application. I used a Krylon Colormax readily available at the local hardware store. I’m enjoying this addition to my backyard – and a good value easy on the pocketbook.

I ordered this kinetic sculpture and i am very happy i did! – it is just lovely to watch as we sit on the porch – so peaceful. I did not know how something made of steel could possibly turn in the wind, but it does, even in a small breeze. It is well made, arrived well-packaged, and even i was able to assemble the 3 pieces perfectly on the first try. The most difficult part of all was deciding where in the garden to put it. Even my husband has enjoyed this beautiful kinetic wind sculpture. i HIGHLY recommend it to you! Enjoy!

I love the way this looks in my rock garden! It is perfect. I also appreciated the special note from the maker that if I didn’t want a rust patina I would need to clear coat the product. This would be easy to do and they even recommend what to buy to do it. I am going for the rust patina!

One of a kine artwork for ones garden
This was bought as a birthday gift for an artist friend of mine. One of those peeps who has everything or so it appears. I thought it was very Calder like. My friend loved it and assembled it that night and placed it in his $100,000 garden the next day. I am so impressed by it i may get one for myself although i do think its a bit pricey but no other like it exist.

My opinion is this is a great feature to my garden. When I ordered I wasn’t sure about metal finish. When it showed up I liked the finish but I didn’t coat it and after one rain it started the rusty finish. Point being either finish is nice. It turns slowly and peaceful in wind. The aesthetic is pleasing.

I agree with ALL the above reviews. Purchased in June of 2018. I was worried that the top might blow off in a strong wind, but it has never needed replacing. Beautiful rustic patina as it ages. You won’t be sorry if you purchase one for your yard!!!
